Research->Metallurgy: TC
I will include some of the scripts I wrote in order for convenient usage of Thermo-Calc (TC).
EXP files
EXP files are important output of Thermo-Calc, and the following scripts can help reading and plot them. 1. ExpRead1.m: only if you don't care the difference between lines, or you only have one set of lines, e.g. phase diagrams. Example exp file. 2. ExpRead2.m: CLIP ON to BLOCKEND or $ PLOTTED. This still needs some work. Example exp file. Bugs to be fixed: I am not satisfied with the output. 3. ExpRead3.m: Similar as ExpRead2.m, but a sub-directory is made and every set of line has its own file. Note: The output of ExpRead2 remains there, and the third collumn is a not-so-small issue if you are using Origin to plot. Bugs to be fixed: I found the first set of lines is not 100% accurate sometimes. I decided to use shell script at last, because it's more convenient to use gnuplot to visualize the data. |
